Where do I begin? Ms. Chen was my mother's nurse and she displayed a passion for her job and patients. Ms. Chen was awesome in caring for my mother. She was kind, loving, gentle, patient, and extraordinary. She treated my mother as her own. I stayed each night that my mom was admitted, and Ms. Chen never changed her level of care. Night after night, day after day she demonstrated her compassionate care to my mom. I almost cried when we had to leave. If I could choose a nurse to care for my mom or any family member it would be Ms. Chen. Words can't express the level of care that my mom received from her. Out of all my years of dealing with the medical field and hospitals, I have never met anyone like her. I am honored and grateful to have had the opportunity to meet her. She is truly a positive role model and she understands how to be the best that she can be. I could go on and on about RN Chen. She truly made an impact on our lives. She will forever be in my heart and in my mother's heart. She demonstrated what being an RN is all about.
