Shirley is a wonderful outstanding nurse. Her years of experience shine in everything she does. The compassion she has for the patient, the tolerance she has for the family is wonderful. She answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. She was consistently making sure he was as moving around and getting up and walking.
Her professionalism was impressive and complete. She came in after being gone a few days and checked on him when seeing him in the hall walking. She fixed his beeping pump while standing there in the hall. He wasn’t her patient and was on a different hall.
She was friendly and she made us feel like we mattered. She sked us about where we were from and about our family. Then she gave us a glimpse into her life; Nascar fan and loves Dale Edwards, enjoyed seeing her light up and share her life with us. Made us feel comfortable with a sense of being family.
