Kristina has such a great attitude and is always so positive. Recently we implemented "Time Spent in Rooms" and Kristina was so positive and excited to implement this on our floor. She was telling the staff how much this could improve patient outcomes. She also made the statement that she was surprised how much time was not spent with the patient and she loved the graphs because it helped her challenge herself to spend more time with patients and doing more education. She loves the friendly competition it brings to our unit and she is always encouraging everyone to make improvements to their time. Patients love her. Her coworkers love her and she is greatly appreciated on 5 North.
