Katie Wall is an LPN that helps with managing patients in the weight management center. I have been a patient since last September. Katie has demonstrated a kind compassionate approach. She is friendly, encouraging, and informative throughout clinical care. Katie is patient with explaining the complex progression of managing bariatric surgery. She has a way of helping ease the anxiety and stress response that is a natural response to upcoming surgical procedures. I'm so appreciative of her kind and gentle approach.
Katie is deserving of the DAISY Award, as she is the epitome of excellent nursing. Katie consistently has demonstrated service excellence with excellent bedside care, with compassion and extraordinary care. Overall, Katie is the glue that helps coordinate the weight management process. She has an excellent approach to providing ongoing education and assistance as needed. I am so appreciative of her nursing care. She has been an integral piece of this process and I'm very grateful for her care.
