Donna has not only once, but twice, gone above and beyond for a patient. Yesterday a patient was getting a spinal for her C-section, however, the procedure was difficult and became prolonged. For the entire length of time, Donna helped hold her up. The patient was very uncomfortable, and Donna wiped the sweat from her forehead, neck, and chest. The following day Donna learned from the patient's nurse, that this same patient was going to need a special hair wash completed. Because the patient was now a new mom, exhausted and in pain following the C-section, Donna knew she would have difficulty accomplishing the task, especially with long hair. Without complaint, Donna offered to do it for her, all the while she maintained her smile and happy disposition.
