My dad was in the ICU and received excellent care, especially from Nicole. She always had a smile on her face and was so very kind to dad. She is very kind, compassionate, caring, and always cheerful. Most times he would cringe when someone entered the room as they were either getting blood, or taking his temperature, but he looked forward to Nicole's visits. I think he even rang his buzzer too much when she was on duty, just to see her smile. Dad was then moved to another floor and was about tobe dischargedand passed away. Nicole came down and said goodbye. My family was so touched. It meant the world to us!
