Shana Williams has every quality of the gifts that God is using her to spread love, compassion, and ultimate care. I am amazed again this stay, at the 6-Star treatment, I am getting. They check on you for no reason; just to make sure you are okay, and they offer to get you anything you may need or want. Shana is special. She has the ability to teach others how to treat every patient the same. She made my surgery, 3 operations, and my pain easier to deal with by showing me such a level of care that I cannot even find the right words.
If I had one word to describe Shana, it would be "Angel"; Angel doing the work of the universe or God. I have never felt this level of care. I wrote to the administrator of the hospital a two-page letter and hung it on my wall for them to see. Please use her to give training to others. She has it down. I never once had to wait for my needs. She was on time every time with everything. She was on time with my meds also. I am in awe of her dedication to the craft. Her level of commitment put a smile on my face even though I hurt and had bad pain the first 12 hours after surgery. She showed me such calmness in the way she talked with me. She knew how I felt and just knew how to handle my situation. I am just amazed and beyond anything else. I'm grateful to this Shana. This is the first time I have experienced this level of care for me.
