These are character traits to describe Diann, a spectacular nurse who loves her job and who makes a big difference for the people receiving her care. Diann is a people person, who provides quality, compassionate care to patients who are new to surgeries. Diann listens and then makes things happen. Her focus is to make a difference by providing individualized care for unique needs with a smile on her face. Yes, Diann has other patients to take care of but when she is in that room, you have her full attention, going the extra mile and beyond for you! It just doesn't get any better than that in this busy environment. Although I only had Diann for one day, she did check in on me when she was on the floor. Diann loves what she does and it shows. She will always be remembered - ALWAYS!
