Sarah went above and beyond to assist me. She was extremely patient and caring.
I was very nervous and she talked me through each step to get me feeling better. When we were discharged she went over every detail to make sure that I understood exactly what was needed in order for me to get home and heal. She talked with my family and even when I knew she was needed by other people, she never once rushed us. Every item on the instructions was explained carefully and all our questions were answered.
The 9th floor is very lucky to have her skill and knowledge. She has such a dedicated, kind way.
