Kaitlyn was loving, caring, super supportive and there all the way. She never gave up on my niece and was so encouraging that my niece would have her baby vaginally, instead of C-section, which was the option. Her encouraging words and very positive attitude made my family have so much hope and faith. She went above and beyond no matter how many times we needed her. She's an amazing young woman and should be recognized. Thanks to all the staff as well - an amazing group.

Throughout my wife's entire labor, Kaitlyn stayed positive, encouraging, attentive and very professional. My baby had an issue from the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck, and a C-section was being weighed for a possible solution. Kaitlyn never lost hope and continued to encourage the doctor to help make vaginal birth possible. With a miracle and an amazing team, Kaitlyn and her co-workers successfully helped bring my beautiful baby into this world as if there were never any issues in the first place.
