I was admitted recently for a procedure. To say that I was nervous is an understatement. However, when Kristie took me to the room to prepare me for the procedure, she did an amazing job of calming me and getting me ready. At that point, my blood pressure was extremely high, and she took care of that. She was extremely professional and helpful in informing me of what to expect. Every procedure that she conducted, such as inserting a needle in my vein, was done to perfection. Just as she had completed her responsibilities she asked if she could pray for me! What an awesome blessing to have a hospital employee with that much dedication to patients.

She was extremely compassionate, did a great IV, and had a calming influence as she prayed with me. She also gave a listening ear to my spouse. She communicated well with ancillary staff to coordinate the pre-op mammogram and guide wire placement.
