Rachel was assigned to my 96-year-old father and she could not have been more thoughtful, caring, attentive, professional, and efficient. She was comforting to him, but also totally aware and attentive to my mother's needs. I felt completely comforted knowing he was left in capable hands. She was available by phone and in person. She was the angel assigned to us!
