Victoria gave not only my grandma but our whole family wonderful care. She was loving but firm with grandma getting her to do things on her own. She seemed tired she was firm that her patient needed rest and she knew it was hard on us but giving grandma some quiet time was much needed. She goes above and beyond what she needs to do, and our family is so grateful to have had her caring for all of us. She will always be a member of our extended family.

The patient, D, was brought in as a full code and the family was pushing for everything to be done. D was in her right mind and more than one time said she was tired and just didn't want to do this anymore. Victoria spent the better part of the two days with this patient and her family explaining every step of every process. She didn't leave D's side, there were multiple family members that she had to re-explain things to and the grace she showed was amazing. By Sunday end of shift D was a DNR and was to be discharged on hospice per her wishes on Monday. She showed compassion and care to D, her family and even the family dog that was brought in for her happiness and comfort. Victoria is an amazing nurse, she always goes above and beyond for her patients. This family consumed two entire days and she had more than just that patient to take care of, yet she never faltered in her care for D, and never neglected her other patients. I'm thankful we have nurses like Victoria at HRH.

She is a good nurse who sincerely cares for her patients, helping them and family with questions and addresses concerns. If you need other services she will get you in contact with the right department and helps navigate with the different physicians all with a smile and a helping hand. I appreciate her as a fellow co-worker.
