An extraordinary nurse cared for my Mom for 12 days after she was released from the ICU. My mom has a lot of health needs: heart failure, infection and liver problems. Plus, my Mom was pretty scared and anxious on top of everything else.
Pam Miller provided excellent care: patient, attentive, and compassionate. It's rare for my Mom to like nurses; however, she loved Pam! No doubt that's because Pam took the time to care for my Mom's emotional needs too. Many times, she soothed and comforted my Mom when she was anxious, overwhelmed or sad. If all this was not enough, Pam had numerous conversations and phone calls with me about different issues related to my Mom's health.
It can be hard to coordinate care between so many doctors, but Pam helped me navigate the maze of doctors and care facilities which would have been almost impossible without her help. Pam goes above and beyond. Every patient should be so lucky to have her. She touched our lives for the better!
