Kaylee is exceptional and she has taken amazing care of my father. She has been gentle, loving and kind to me and my entire family! She always asked what we needed and goes above and beyond to make sure my father was comfortable. She was reassuring to me and is amazing at what she does! She has demonstrated genuine care and compassion for him and my entire family!

Nurse Kaylee did an extraordinary job while attending to the needs of my father and family. This time, for me, was one of the hardest and most difficult times of my family's life as we watched our loved one's quality of life become not only degrading but the suffering alone was very traumatic for all involved, however, with servants like Kaylee this unbearable situation was a little more tolerable. We have all worked with people who "just" do their job, but it's so refreshing when someone "owns" their job - they take initiative, think ahead, take care of tasks outside their lane. These people possess an intangible quality that is demonstrated through sincerity, diligence, and hard work. These people are leaders! This particular nurse was that leader who served my family in one of our darkest hours. Kaylee went above and beyond the call of duty, and not only attended to the needs of my father but made sure my family and I were taken care of as well. Kaylee ensured that my dad was always comfortable, responded quickly to any needs that arose, coordinated doctor visits when requested, provided patient information to all parties involved (including us), sought out additional tools and personnel to make the experience better for my dad and us! Nurse Kaylee understood that this was a "family" experience and it was clear that she proposed in her heart to get us through this. I recommend nurse Kaylee for this award because of her service and commitment to my family. Her extraordinary actions while caring for our dad and serving my family turned a very difficult circumstance into a bearable one. No one wants to go to the hospital, to begin with, and dealing with the loss a loved one is very demanding on so many levels but with servants like Kaylee, there is light in the midst of darkness. Thank you for everything Kaylee!
