Shannon and the whole nursing aid staff went way above and beyond in her care. Recognizing the pain I was in and also that I could not have further pain medication (I did not want anymore either). She introduced me to the meditation videos, which helped immensely. She also got me some aromatherapy and was very attentive without being overbearing. She is, without comparison, the best nurse I have experienced ever. Caring, professional and excellent at her job. I was in a great deal of discomfort and she made it bearable.

Shannon went above and beyond for my mom. She was always coming up with ideas to make my mom more comfortable. She was the one nurse that took the time to get my mom out of bed and more mobile. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I have PTSD, among other issues. Shannon was the best of the best, with her support, patience, and information. Shannon made a point of telling us to thank my sister for all her help on the first day of my stay and for keeping things. I don't remember (LOL) this because I have hearing problems my family stepped in. Shannon was just as supportive of my fears and questions too.
Shannon went out of her way to keep us happy and laughing. Thank you very much and keep up the great work!!!
