Jennifer is a wonderful and caring nurse. She is the kind of person that LCM is lucky to have as an employee. Jennifer helped me both physically and also emotionally. I had a colostomy surgery and she spoke to me before surgery to help me allay my fears. She spent extra time with me whenever possible. After my surgery, she always spent extra time and peeked her head in my room to say hi and a few words of encouragement. The action that makes Jennifer stand out from all others is this: after working a 12-hour shift, Jennifer came to my room and spoke with me for about 1 ½ hours on her own time. She told me not to worry about everything and to give it some time for healing. We talked about other topics to help both her and me. She is truly an Extraordinary Nurse.
