Ross, we are so appreciative of the excellent care you gave my husband when he was in the Emergency Room last Saturday with a kidney stone diagnosis. Your attentiveness, compassion and efficient nursing care is praiseworthy. We are not planning on ending up back in the ER; however, should that happen we would hope that we would be fortunate enough that you would be our attending nurse! I would also like to mention the nursing student you had working with you that day. In addition to her being very good, your calm, detailed teaching manner was impressive and noted.
Thank you, Ross, for providing the kind of care any patient would be grateful to receive. Please know how appreciative we are.

Ross has a way of talking to patients and families in a way that truly makes you feel like you are talking to your next-door neighbor over the fence. He is kind, compassionate, and this shows in both his own practice, but also how he mentors students in our department. There was even a time where we had a patient who came from the airport with their dog, and Ross not only took care of the patient but also took the patient's dog outside for a potty break. This is Whole Person Care!
