Michelle nominated by a patient who said he was appreciative of the excellent care she delivered to him when he was nervous about being admitted to the hospital. Noticing his anxiety, Michelle went out of her way to make the patient and his family feel comfortable and calmer. She also made the patient laugh often, which he said helped take his mind off being in the hospital.
