My 58-year-old mother was a patient for 3 days. Mom was on a rollercoaster. We never knew what to expect. She had internal bleeding. She has liver problems along with many other complications that constantly threaten her life. These 3 days at the ICU were crucial to her recovery. Jorge was there working passionately. Diligently helping Mom and I understand the issues and ramifications and making us feel as comfortable as possible. He patiently explained things to us. And treated my mom with absolute respect and consideration. Jorge became like family to us. He was always willing to go the extra mile for us. He is very knowledgeable and skillful. My mother and I will always be thankful for all Jorge did for us during such a difficult moment.
