Hailey was amazing, even at his worst times, she never got upset with him. She would always ask what would help calm him. Whenever she was in the room, she would check to see if I needed a break or needed anything. If I had questions, she was right on it calling to get the answers. She took the time to listen to my concerns and was sure everything was charted for the physician. She was never a quick in-and-out. If we called and needed something, she was very quick to respond.
As a parent with a special needs child, Hailey did amazing with him. She never did anything without asking me first. She truly made a lasting connection for our stay at Riley. When I needed to run and pick up some clothes, she assured me he would be ok and that she would check on him. When I returned, she would always give me a very good report on how he was.
