Lucas was very friendly and compassionate toward all the patients, even those who were not so polite to him. It was very busy on 2 South but he took the time to take care of everyone, even if they were not assigned to him. There was a gentleman, who was 94 years old, and Lucas always took the time to hear his war stories, listen to him complain about the food, and assist him with bathroom needs. Lucas was always available. It was clear this man needed company and Lucas took very good care of him.
