My mom had open-heart surgery. Chad was very good at explaining what was going on and was very patient at repeating the info several times! He is very knowledgeable, kind and friendly, at the time we were very scared.

No one wants to wake up and find themselves in the ICU. Such was the case for our dad when he opened his eyes and frantically attempted to draw letters in the air. Chad was the first one to figure it out: D-O-N-E. "Yes, the surgery is done!" My dad's eyes opened wide and then relaxed. For the next three days, Chad kindly responded to non-verbal clues to make sure dad understood and had his needs met. We are grateful for A Job Well Done!
