I can't say enough about the entire nursing staff at your hospital - we were in, ER, CCU, medical floor. They were all caring and kind and attentive.
Amalia in CCU was our nurse every day while my husband was in the CCU. From the toast she brought me on our first morning there to the hug goodbye when my husband was moved to the medical floor 3 days later, she was AMAZING!! Not just to my husband, but to me also. She was perfect for our personalities.
Whenever my husband needed something, she was right there. When he was sedated, she was there for me; answering questions, getting me a chair/bed and linens, comforting me and putting me at ease in a scary situation. She's also pretty funny and knows the appropriate time to insert laughter.
If we could pick a nurse for every hospital stay or visit, I would want her there!
