-Tammy is the kind of nurse everyone should be. She's kind, efficient, intelligent, a good leader, and is always there to help.
-She is outstanding in every way. She recently got pictures to a mom in critical care at another facility during her Premie's hospitalization here. She also assisted with breast pump instruction, support and supplies for this mother which was critical to the infant's health and assisted with the bonding process for the mom in critical health.
-Tammy is a hard worker and is always willing to help her coworkers. She's an excellent staff nurse and a charge nurse as well. She is very bright and she happens to be very good at starting IV's too. She's one of the few nurses on the unit to whom you could go to when you have a hard IV start.
-Tammy is always willing to help any staff member on our unit. She is fair, knowledgeable, resourceful, and pleasant to work with. Tammy is excellent at helping all of our "mothers" in the NICU with breastfeeding. She has extensive knowledge in this area. She will provide bedside assistance, contact insurance companies, care management, home care, etc. to get the family the services they need.
-Tammy is a leader in our unit, always willing to get in there and do what needs to be done, very supportive of fellow staff members, always approachable even when things are difficult. She is an absolute asset to our unit, very hardworking.
