In October 2018 I fainted upon entering the clinic's exam room. The doctor decided, after checking vitals and giving me a resting period, to send me to the emergency room. During the "onset" of this event, Sue was beside me, holding my hand and giving me encouragement. I am a 92-year-old widow so especially at that time, I really needed caring sympathetic help. Sue did all she could to ease my anxiety by holding my hand and speaking words of comfort.
On the way to ER, she walked beside my gurney, holding my hand until I was being treated by ED staff. Later after her shift was over, she came by to see if I needed anything more. She did such a great service to keep me as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. After a hospital stay, then a skilled nursing stay, rehab and finally CNA help, I am recovering. I will always remember Sue's kindness in my most difficult situation.
