My husband had a heart cath procedure at the Heart Hospital. By the time I arrived, he was already in for the procedure. The doctor was too busy to talk to me afterward. So I waited three hours and never received word that he was done and back to St. E's. So, I didn't know any details of the procedure, what to watch for, etc. Janet, having worked at HH was VERY reassuring and informative. It was obvious she was very familiar with the whole process of recovery, etc. She was a Godsend at understanding my fears and anxieties.

The minute she introduced herself, she was just a light of fresh air. Her upbeat personality is what caught me. She was just so friendly and checked on me like I was her family member. She just made me feel at home and so comfortable. She listened to my stories and just listened and acted as if she cared about them. Janet was my favorite.
