My husband was in the ER for 2 nights in a row due to some ussies. On the 2nd night, we got nurse Amy. Having to go through the whole ER process back-to-back is draining, but Amy's kindness towards me and my husband made our visit the best possible under the circumstances we were dealing with. To be able to see patients day in and day out with varying degrees of sickness and still maintain kindness, courtesy, and integrity is great to see.
