I would like to commend the service provided by Klaudia, the primary nurse for our Aunt who recently turned 103. Klaudia's caring and sensitive attitude was obvious from her first examination of our aunt and continues today. A few weeks ago, due to frequent falls in her assisted living facility, we felt it was better for our aunt to be transferred to a nursing home. Klaudia facilitated the move, which was very time-consuming but made it an easy one. However, it quickly became apparent that this new location was not in our Aunt's best interest since she was extremely unhappy, scared, and depressed having left what had been her home for the last 3 years. Klaudia was understanding of the situation and without hesitation facilitated the move back to the assisted living facility. Klaudia made all the arrangements and made sure the move back was an easy one for all of us, even though it was to occur over the weekend on her day off. Klaudia really goes above and beyond what is expected of any caregiver. Our Aunt truly loves seeing her every week.
