Dian is an amazing nurse! She is always demonstrating our core values. She treats every patient with dignity and respect while also meeting the needs of the family members at the bedside. She permeates an infectious, positive attitude. Dian is exceptional with communicating between patient and physician. She updates the families regarding tests along with providing them with updates regarding wait times. She always has a smile which is so very important to her fellow coworkers but especially for our patients. She makes them feel like they are part of her family. I would feel very safe and happy to have her care for me or my family.

Dian is a breath of fresh air no matter how far into the shift she is. She is a great resource to everyone with extensive knowledge and great collaboration with providers. She puts patients and their families at ease and will always do her best to advocate for them. Dian gives the best hand off of patients and will stay late if that is the best option for the patient and family to assure the best continuity of care. Dian always has a smile or caring gesture.
