Amy was a very helpful nurse for my grandmother. Even though Amy doesn't speak Spanish she tried her very best to communicate with my grandma. I and my family think she is a true DAISY Nurse.
***
A real gem in such a high-stress environment. Spent a good deal of time with me daily performing patient education and explaining my treatment goals - she was always smiling, and you could tell she loved her job! Nothing but good things to say about her co-workers and supervisors. Extraordinary attention to detail as well as compliance with all hospital policies and procedures. Amy made me feel safe and at home in an environment that isn't always that way. She even asked me personal questions to better connect with me and my family. Love her!

I really want to recognize a nurse that I haven't had too much on my stay at Imperial Point, but I was lucky enough to have Amy this time. I can't tell you how comfortable Amy made me feel both physically and emotionally. I am going through some tough stuff with my poor little puppy and then student nurses milling about just upped my stress. She knew when to pull them back and talk me to positively with words to make me forget about my dog for just a little while. She is a phenomenal nurse.
Amy was right on top of my meds without me having to ask. She explained each and everything that she was doing. Not only is Amy a talented and dedicated nurse, but she is kind and compassionate. She has a knack of sincerely treating her patients (me) with genuine love and concern. I've seen her with patients' families and it's actually touching to see. She sits right down with them to explain the scary stuff, making it not so scary. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Amy, and to Imperial Point for employing such a woman/nurse. She is the absolute best.
