Alex is an amazingly caring, compassionate and attentive nurse. My mom came during shift change and although she was really busy starting out her shift, she took the time to listen to our fears and concerns. My dad passed away a year ago and this admission for my mom was very stressful for her and my whole family. She trusted us to let her know if Mom was feeling worse. And when we told her how my mom's mental status was worse, she notified the doctor quickly as it correlated with her decrease in sodium. The ICU doctor came down and was able to determine that we needed an increase in the level of care. My mom and my family felt at ease and that was because of Alex's care. We cannot describe even how thankful we are that we had her as a nurse another night. Alex, you're truly an awesome nurse!v
