My mother came into the hospital via the ER, then Surgical Floor, had surgery, then ICU, then MedSurg, and finally hospice. All this happened over the span of 11 days.
Each and every one of the doctors, nurses, and staff were very professional throughout each and every step of Mom's hospital journey. I cannot say enough about the exceptional care that she received. They not only looked after Mom, but they also cared about my well being during this difficult period.
Jennifer was so caring with Mom. Her clinical skills and professionalism guided me through Mom's final few days. She is truly a blessing and I am forever grateful for the care that she gave Mom and the support she showed both of us. This special connection that was established with us during this trying time is definitely a gift that Jennifer possesses.
I am deeply thankful that Mom was able to take her last breath in her Hospice bed at Highpoint Health Hospital. May she rest in peace. Thank you so very much, Jennifer, you are an Angel.
