Hayley has made pediatrics such an enjoyable unit. She is constantly looking for new and exciting things to do with the pediatrics unit such as parties for the kids' birthdays and a statue memorial in remembrance of all the kids who have passed. She always greets everyone with a smile and treats everyone equally and with the highest amount of respect. She has been known to hold the babies in her free time between meetings, play with toddlers in the soft playroom and stay late to help with whatever is needed. Hayley has turned her staff into her second family and treats us as such. Hayley is a strong patient advocate as well as an advocate for her staff's best interests. She consistently listens to our concerns and listens to our suggestions. She is consistently reliable and more than understanding as well as accommodating.

Hayley serves as a Kaleida Navigator and in that capacity serves as a mentor for new managers, assisting new leaders in navigating their role and helping others seeking professional growth and development.
