Lauren was incredible! She was my nurse for 3 nights during my stay after having a scheduled C-section in April. From the moment she walked through the door to my room, my mom and I were seriously impressed with her skills. She greeted us with a smile each time. She graciously, yet assertively handled any situation my baby or myself throughout her, she is a fantastic multitasker. I had a panic attack during my last night and Lauren took the time to sit with me, listen to my concerns, reassure me that everything is going to be just fine (quite convincingly, in fact), and let me literally cry on her shoulder. She knew exactly what to say and do and even brought me lavender aromatherapy to help calm me down. She knew how to handle me as a frantic blubbering mess in the midst of handling all her other patients. She did not want to wake me when her shift ended so she wrote a note to me that sincerely reflect reflected her caring nature. I will be forever grateful for the care she provided to my newborn daughter, my husband, my son, my mom, and me during my stay. She is an Extraordinary Nurse and amazing individual and you should be proud to have her representing you as an employee. Lauren, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
