Melissa gave me blood, did great, and stayed over her shift to help the MD with a procedure on me in the room. Great job! Very professional in explaining what was going on.

My grandmother was dreading the idea of being poked yet again since finding veins for IVs is so difficult for her. They normally have to take multiple tries to accomplish this task. Melissa came up to my room from the ICU, and within a minute after the nurse informed us Granny was getting a midline IV. She was very professional and well-mannered, polite and appropriate in the way she interacted with my grandparents. You can tell by her actions that she not only knew what she was doing but was confident and was able to get Granny's vein first try and one time. Plus, she was quick, thorough, and just a relief to meet. She explained things as she went along so there were no surprises or misunderstandings. She had a job to do and she did it with the utmost respect and I just want to say, Thank You, Melissa. You were the best! Keep up the Good Work and Bless you!
