When receiving news of our baby's diagnosis, Jessica was right by our side. She answered our questions, shared personal stories, and reassured us everything will be alright. She took time to be with us and our baby. You can tell she sincerely cares about her work and her patients. She helped us get a jump start on education and discharge requirements. She was here to comfort us when we needed it. Another small thing that meant more to us that you'll know; she put our son in some of the hospital's baby clothes. This made our son look more like a baby and less like a sick patient. We could not have asked for a better nurse.
