Regina, a labor and delivery nurse, supported a family who lost a baby during birth.

"Regina is a special kind of nurse; she showed a level of compassion we never saw before," said the mother's sister. "She took the time to sit and talk to us and showed us she genuinely cared. She took into consideration the great loss my sister suffered and chose not put her through the mental distress of moving her to the post-partum unit and hear the cries of the other children. Regina took the worst possible situation and made it bearable. She truly has the heart of compassion and truly is called to do what she does! She took excellent care of my sister. We thank God for her."
