Adrienne has the ability to make a bad circumstance turn into a good outcome with her critical thinking skills and intuition. Her calming voice can relax an anxious patient. Working in the critical care unit families experience stress and many patients and families have commented about her compassion to nursing has made their visits exceptional because of her caring attitude.

Adrienne has many skills she has acquired during her career and she is the first to teach in addition to sharing her knowledge. Her range of knowledge from neuro, trauma and cardiac patients has been a great resource for me and new nurses love her personality because she is approachable.
