Kristen was my nurse until I was discharged. All the staff was great but Kristen really stood out. She was very accommodating to any request and would work with me to figure out the best approach on timing and dosage of pain meds, explained everything very thoroughly. At one point I jokingly asked her how many DAISIES she had received and she said "none" to my shock and dismay. I specifically asked one of the nurses aids for a form to submit. While Kristen has a somewhat quiet demeanor, she oozes with compassion, confidence, and care with a smile, great sense of humor and unmatched responsiveness. I certainly hope to have again when I return in two months!
