Sergei has been a Registered Nurse with CVMC since 2014 in the Medical/Surgical/Telemetry unit (MST). This nomination is very special because it was submitted by the daughter of a patient and she came to the award presentation to personally thank Sergei for all he did for her mom. When the daughter was asked why she nominated him, this is what she said:

Sergei showed sincere concern for my mother during her stay. He spoke with compassion to help calm her down while continually reassured her that she was getting the best care. He clearly explained procedures that were taking place; we never had to ring the bell because he was always checking in with us and answering any questions. He helped with everything and was very professional, compassionate and gave extra effort! Sergei was on top of everything and did it with care.

Chino Valley Medical Center wants to say a big thank you to Sergei for his caring, compassionate care and contribution to the MST department.
