Shelby was one of the many wonderful nurses who went above and beyond to give my mom expert care and the TLC that makes recovery a positive experience. It really meant a lot to my mom (a retired RN) to have honest and meaningful conversations about her erratic blood pressure with Shelby, who truly listened and addressed her concerns. Shelby was always 'in the know' with each new shift and kept her team informed. Her knowledge and experience assured us we had expert care. She spoke and engaged us on both a professional and personal level, has a ready smile, and is incredibly kind. It's a gift when someone finds their passion in a career. Shelby has left a beautiful imprint on the hearts of my family.
