We waited in the ER over 6 hours. The first nurse we hardly saw. When Mallery came on shift she went out of her way to make the room temperature comfortable. My dad was hungry, room service closed and she went to the cafeteria herself after making sure what he could eat. I had to leave before his hospital room was available and she took my phone number and called me once he was settled in his room. She really made him feel at ease and me too!
