I work with Melanie in Robotic surgery and every day is a joy and privilege. She comes to work in good humor and makes all of us feel good about the job we do. As a team leader, she has trained several team members and is an RN First assist on the Robotic Surgery Team. She is also a patient advocate and her care is centered on the best outcome for the patient.

Mel always puts patient care first. She goes above and beyond to ensure the needs are met, not only for the patient, but for her coworkers. I am a fairly new hospital employee and have been training with Mel. She is patient, kind and does whatever it takes to see that I have the best training available. She always has a smile on her face and a kind spirit in her heart!
