During my mother's hospital stay she had many fabulous nurses, however Jeff went well above and beyond. He took the time to talk with the family and answer questions. He showed true caring and compassion for my mother, as she was recovering from a head injury. The evening that they turned the sedation off, Jeff took the time to call me after his shift to tell me that my mother was doing well and that she was able to hold a conversation with him. After three days of uncertainty, this phone call was a blessing and provided much relief for my father and me. Even though Jeff wasn't assigned to my mother again, he checked on her and our family each time he passed the room. He is a wonderful Nurse and an outstanding person!
