When my mom was a patient, Alex was the consummate professional nurse. All day, she answered mom's many questions, sat with her when she was vomiting, covered her when she was cold and just showed so much care and compassion. She also answered my questions quickly and completely. She reached out to the doctors when we explained the effects of one medicine and promptly provided the doctors comments and guidance once the doctor called back. She also maintained patient and family trust and coordination. After her shift of 12 hours, she stuck her head in one more time.
