My first day at NCC Tom took the time to go over policies and find out what I wanted or what goals I had on the NCC team. Tom went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and welcomed as part of the team. He really goes so far above and beyond for staff to make sure they are happy and satisfied with their job. I feel the way Tom treated me as new staff member was so welcoming and really make me so happy to be part of the team. He sat down and went over scheduling and made sure things worked with my child and my shift requests. Tom took time to go to ICU with me and go over policies and find out what classes I'd be required to retake for patient care at the facility. I am really impressed with his leadership on the NCC team.
