We had a horrible day of waiting for test results and had gotten no information, then Debra Lewis came on shift and was able to get the surgeon to come back in to talk to us. She listened to our complaints and anxieties very patiently and even gave my mom a hug. When the surgeon came back in, we were able to get ice chips for my dad and were able to get all the answers we needed. We were able to go home for the night and get some good rest without having to worry. Debra is an amazing and compassionate nurse.
