Erin is the perfect example of grace under pressure. Multiple times I have watched her treat the children at CRCC during moments of medical crisis and every time she has calmly handled the situation and cared for each child as best as possible. Not only is she a brilliant nurse with an abundance of knowledge, she is also always considering what is best for the child. Her priority is making sure every child feels safe, comfortable, and loved as she provides care for them. We always know we are well taken care of when Erin is on staff because we all trust her entirely. She is an amazing mother, trusted friend and an excellent nurse. She deserves the DAISY Award as CRCC has been blessed to have her on the team.
