Allyson demonstrates excellence in care by providing her patients' families with frequent updates and suggesting plans of care that are innovative. For one of our babies she has done footprints each month as a craft for his Mom. She provides text updates to Mothers and Fathers if desired. She also follows up on babies even after her shift is complete.
